Design Rules

All sailing boats are painted in the fleet colours which are a blue / grey hull with a gold stripe just below the gunwale, a pale yellow deck and a red keel.  Hulls may be epoxied but no other alterations are permitted under the class rules.

 

Sails and spars are procured for the class at the same time and since the class is ‘one design’ there is no need to spend money to be competitive.

 

Limited sail controls make the boats easy to handle and changes to the class rules in 2023 permit further sail tuning.
